Free enquiry
Complete our seven-question enquiry form. It takes two minutes and tells us the essentials about your building.
Eligibility review
We review your answers against the current scheme criteria and come back to you, normally within 48 hours, with an honest view on whether an application is worth pursuing.
Engagement and evidence
If you decide to proceed, we agree a clear scope and fee, then begin assembling the evidence, e.g. FRAEW and EWS1, that determines whether your external walls require remediation.
Application submission
We prepare and submit your application through the Building Remediation Hub and act as your representative with Homes England.
Through to funded works
We manage queries, support the grant funding agreement, and stay involved as your project moves toward works on site — for as long as you need us.
